Originally a 228,638 SF retail and office building the redevelopment of the property
added 718,357 SF of retail and office space. The exterior of the existing buildings was
upgraded to match the new addition as well as new roofing and upgrades to the
parking garage. In addition to the new structure we provided fit out of the new retail
and office tenants
