Renovation of this existing 62,000 square foot urban shopping center included fit out of individual retail tenant spaces as well creating a drive thru for one of the retail tenants. In addition to the tenant fit out work the façade of the building was renovated with new store front and thin brick columns. The parking area was repaved along with new curbs and sidewalks. A loading dock was also added to make deliveries easier.
