This challenging project consist of three landmarked row houses that are being converted into high end luxury condominiums. The only thing that remained of the existing buildings was the façade. To demolish the rest of the building a steel bracing system was erected to keep the façade stable. Once demolition was complete a new structure was discretely tucked behind the facade creating seven spacious three to six bedroom residences. The residences feature large window, elegant millwork, and spacious entertainment spaces. Several units feature 30-foot-wide private gardens and the penthouse incorporates 2,575 square feet of outdoor space.
