This new 5-story commercial steel office building featuring a metal and glass curtain wall. Utilities were provided on all of the tenant a retail space. One of the unique challenges in this project was that it had to be constructed over existing utility lines that service the Concourse Plaza Shopping Center located adjacent to the property.
