This project is being constructed in phases to accommodate the needs of the commercial tenant. The existing spaces are being demolished prior to reconstruction. Fit out includes an energy efficient model with new air conditioning units as well as new thermal windows. The interior atrium of the building is being repurposed into a new multi-purpose room. In addition to the interior work a new canopy will be installed at the entrance of the building.
