The Aloft is a 12-story multiuse building consisting of a 125 key Aloft hotel, 45 condominium residential units, ground floor retail and a parking garage. The hotel included a gym, bar area, as well as a grab and go food service. The residential units had high end finishes as well as a fitness area and a roof top terrace.
