James F. Ross
Ross & Associates, LLC.
Formerly a senior executive of several major NYC-based construction firms, including most notably HRH Construction Corporation and NAB Interiors. Mr. Ross served in the capacity of Senior Vice President at both companies and effectively ran day-to day operations.
The associated responsibilities included the management of more than $ 200 million dollars worth of construction services annually, along with supervision of a forty person staff.

Additionally, he has completed several thousand residential apartments in Manhattan during his twenty-year career. He has also completed a substantial amount of commercial and institutional work during that period of time.
Mr. Ross worked his way up the ladder the old fashioned way from a carpenter to a foreman, to a construction superintendent, to a senior executive and recognized industry leader.
Mr. Ross received an education in Construction Technology at Westchester Community College, in communication at East Stroudsburg State College and the NYC District Council Carpentry College.
